Each device comes with a Standard warranty that covers any malfunctions, exactly like new, for 12 months and a 10-day return period in case of any defects.

What does the 12-month warranty not cover?

If you want to be extra secure, we offer our 2 Years Extended Warranty, which also covers accidental damage and water damage, as well as extending your coverage for an extra year. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, theft, or loss of the device.

How do I claim the warranty?

Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.
