Purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max and went for the "good" condition but it basically came in nearly perfect shape. Only a few minor scratches on the screen but barely noticeable. Came quickly as well. Cannot comment on customer service as fortunately i have not needed any. Highly recommended!
